Originally from the Bay Area of California, Reina Viera brings a lifelong love of athletics and movement into her career as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from Coastal Carolina University in 2020 before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Belmont University in 2025.
A former competitive softball, soccer, and volleyball athlete, Reina is passionate about helping active individuals, overhead athletes, and pregnant and postpartum women safely return to the activities they love. As a movement optimist, she believes in patient-centered care that builds resilience, supports long-term health, and empowers people of all ages.
Reina holds advanced certifications in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA I), Dry Needling Levels 1 & 2, American Spinal Injury, and is an ImPACT-trained therapist for concussion management. This blend of expertise allows her to provide comprehensive care for orthopedic, sports, and women’s health patients alike.
Outside the clinic, Reina stays active by playing pickleball and volleyball, exploring new restaurants around Nashville, taking group workout classes, and relaxing with a good true crime documentary.
