A Physical Challenge Designed for a Lifetime of Participation. Designed by Doctors of Physical Therapy. Challenging by design. Modifiable for every athlete.

The core idea this event is built around is this:

Fitness isn’t about being the best athlete in the room. It’s about being capable of saying YES and participating in your life.

The Longevity Games is the physical expression of that philosophy. It is the spring board toward a more physically capable version of yourself. Can you walk or run? Get yourself off the floor? Carry something heavy? Climb? Push? Keep going when you’re tired? Those aren’t just exercises—they represent capacities that keep your world big as you age.

What do I mean by “keep your world big”?

I mean bigger than your couch! I want you to move and prove you can do more. You can make progress! And I know you can because we all can. Your triathlete, marathon, 6-pack having neighbor has room for improvement…and so do you. Your race isn’t his race though. Better is Better. Full Stop.

And that is what the Longevity Games are about.

There are three messages I want participants to understand about the Longevity Games:

  1. This is for you. You don’t need to be a CrossFitter, runner, or lifelong athlete. “Comparison is the thief of Joy”. Let all that cross referencing go out the window, get up, and challenge yourself!
  2. It is still a challenge. You’re going to work, and you might find your edge…but there is so much value ion truly knowing where that edge is. What are you capable of physically? If you can’t answer that, then here’s your sign to figure that out.
  3. Your version counts. Walk instead of run. Modify the movements. Scale resistance. The goal isn’t to complete someone else’s challenge—it’s to discover what you can do. Scream it from the mountain tops! I know you can do this.

Our Goal:

Participate in the Games. Train to participate in life.

Once you complete the Longevity Games you’ll know your strengths and you’ll know your weaknesses. I’ll bet you right now you surprise yourself and find more strengths than you think. Once you actually understand how capable you are, you can use that knew knowledge of your capacity to establish a physical wellness routine. Life’s too short to sit around. Let’s go participate!

Will I still travel? Play golf? Get on the floor with grandkids? Hike? Carry my own bags? Say yes when someone asks me to do something? – this is an event for people who intend to keep participating, regardless of age.

TIME TO PARTICIPATE IN LIFE.
